A deaf and mutes shepherd  used to rest in the shade of  an oak tree while watching  the sheep of his father.

One morning while he was waking up, the shepherd  saw a great light at an oak and remained static.

Through the branches he saw a lay apprearing dressed in blue. Who spoke softly: “Go back to your v, call ypur father.

The shepherd ran to the house in tremendous shock,  told his father and invited  him to follow. His father and daughter with a group of people who had heard the news, went to the oak.

The lady was gone but had left the witness of  his  miraculous presence, the deaf and mute shepherd  now spoke and heard.

A chapel was built to the Virgin Mary under the title Our Lady of Ghianda.
